Mr. Ganpat Gaikwad Born on 14th June 1968 in very poor family at Kalyan Taluka (State of Maharashtra). His father Mr. Kalu Gaikwad was a farmer & mother Laxmibai simple housewife and helping hand to his father. Gaikwad family were living in such a condition that even they were struggling for food. Child Ganpat was growing with lot of problems surrounding his family. At early age he lost the source of love & energy, his parent.
Financial condition of family were becoming worse so at the age of 10 he started supplying bread to different hotels, his mode of transport was cycle. This was the beginning of child Ganpats efforts to fight with poverty. His father appreciated his efforts and predicted that if you will work hard following moral values & truth you will be role model for other in society. His father was right today Mr. Gaikwad is role model for all.

7th standard passed Mr. Gaikwads journey toward success is as follows….

· 1978 started selling & supplying Bread to different Hotels.
· 1982 taken Hand press on rental basis and started production of clips which is used for fitting T.V. antenna.
· 1985 purchased second hand auto rikshaw to generate some revenue.
· 1989 introduced a sum of Rs. 16000/- as capital and started video cable under the name of Shree Tisai cable service (It should be noted that there were more than 120 well established cable operator at that time)
he got nearly about 50 connections who were paying 60 Rs. Per month each. Only two channels were telecasted through cable. (To raise this amount of capital his wife helped him by giving her ornaments)
· 1991 he was having only two employees 1) Technician 2) operator with 150 cable connections.
· 1995 first time in Kalyan taluka he started telecasting 12 channels with new technology. Other cable operator were counting him like fool, saying that this new technology is unsuccessful & he will loose every thing whatever earn till date. But Mr. Gaikwad was sure regarding success.
· 1997 introduced 4 more channels, now total 16 channels were telecasted by Shree Tisai cable service with grand success.
· This increase in channels became continues process considering the demand of customer.
· 2000 started construction business under the name “Shree Tisai Developers”.
· 2004 got distributorship for ESPN, Star Sports, Star Cricket, for Raigad District, and UTV (Bindas Movies, UTV Movies, Bindas Ent., World Movies, UTV News) for Thane, Raigad, Ratnagiri, Pune, Satara and Ahmednagar, Sun Direct T.V. (DTH service) for Kalyan and Dombivli.
· 2009 Elected as Member of the Legislative Assembly Maharashtra.

Ltd :- Engaged in distribution of different channels like ESPN, Star Sports, Star Cricket, for Raigad District, and UTV (Bindas Movies, UTV Movies, Bindas Ent., World Movies, UTV News) for Thane, Raigad, Ratnagiri, Pune, Satara and Ahmednagar, Sun Direct T.V. (DTH service) for Kalyan and Dombivli.

B) Wire & Wireless Tisai Satelite Pvt. Ltd. :- Joint venture company with Wire & wireless services. It is Engaged in telecasting 120 pay channels to 100000 subscribers. Provides Internet connections via LAN for broad band subscribers of Sify & Tata.


C) Jarimari Satelite Service :- Engaged in technical support & services to cable & internet subscribers.

D) Shree Tisai Satellite service :- Engaged in telecasting and
Technical support.

E) Shree Tisai Health Club :- Engaged in providing club house & health services.


F) Shree Tisai Developers :- Construction of Residential & non residential premises.

G) Shree Tisai Agro Farms :- Having 100 acre of land with the aim of promoting agro tourism also engaged in plantation, Emu Farming.


H) Jai Tiles Pvt. Ltd. (Ankleshwar) :- A project of more than 100 crores located at GIDC Jagadia (Gujrat). Production of world class tiles. Company is having production capacity of 500000 sqft tiles per day. First phase of production starts in January 2009.

Mr. Gaikwad is known for shaping cable industry. Cable industry was unorganised, he organised cable industry by connecting small cable operator to “Wire & Wireless Tisai Satelite Pvt. Ltd.”

Apart from business Mr. Gaikwad is also engaged in social activities. He was helping people even when he was having nothing to donate.
